课程内容简介(中文):

这一门课主要介绍求解常微分方程和偏微分方程的数值方法。主要内容包括:求解常微分方程的线性多步法和龙格-库塔方法;求解椭圆型和抛物型偏微分方程的有限元法和有限差分法;求解椭圆型,抛物型方程和双曲型偏微分方程的有限差分法。

本课程的任务在于使学生掌握数值求解微分方程的基本数值方法和原理,并能用这些原理去解决来源于实际的一些问题。

 

 

课程内容简介(英文):

In this course, we will teach the students some basic numerical methods for solving differential equations. The main context includes: Linear multi-steps methods and Runge-Kutta Methods for solving ordinary differential equations; Finite elements

Methods for solving elliptic and parabolic partial differential equations(PDEs); Finite difference methods for solving elliptic, parabolic and hyperbolic PDEs.

The main purpose of this course is to make students understand the basic methods and principle of numerical methods for solving ODEs and PDEs.
